Josh Abbott, Lead Tech, gave me superior attention when I came to Affordable Computers in Ft Oglethorpe, GA to discuss specs for my new PC. His knowledge was outstanding and I asked him to build it for me. I give Josh a superior recommendation -- for his knowledge and his passion about computers. I highly recommended this local shop if you are looking for a new computer. Their service is excellent! I also thank the Store Manager, Kyle Bales, for helping with the build. These two "computer guys" made my experience of getting my new computer and outstanding one. I am grateful.

Beware of buying "Refurbished"computers from these guys. My wife's computer just died on her yesterday during work, they said they had refubished computers, she went and got one. She specifically asked, how old is was, and would it run office programs? She was told "we dont know how old it is." Well if you refurbished it you would! I got on it when I got home, and it was a 2014, with a different named operating system, not Microsoft.
After running a speed test on it online, It failed misserably. So she returned it today to get another computer, and they have the audacity to charge a restocking fee of 20%. Well I'll never spend another penny in this store. I've used them before to work on my laptop. Well you just lost us as customers, and We'll make sure and tell anyone looking for computers, or work to go elsewhere.

Absolutely great customer service, the manager offered great advice, and did a little computer trick on my laptop to fix it. 10/10 would recommend and would go to again if my computer gets in any other trouble.

I went in only to buy thermal paste from this store. Everyone who spoke with me in my short visit was extremely nice and helpful. It is uncommon to have such a pleasant experience in an 5 minute visit but I really appreciate the effort. I will definitely be back for other PC needs.
