Worked on several machines that had problems. They where able to control the virus and take it out with minimal effort and then made all the machines run even faster than we imagined.

He told me in plain english what the problem was and repaired my system (and actually made it faster!) Very friendly, I highly recommend VNC for all your PC needs. There is still such a thing as personal customer service, beats 'best buy' hands down!
