On-site computer repair technician

Smart Techs Computer Repair is looking for on-site computer repair technician to serve the
Laurel, Bowie, Burtonsville, parts of Silver Spring, Columbia, Jessup, college park and Hyattsville area

We are looking for the following
Qualifications

o Polite
o Professional
o Friendly (customer service oriented)
o Knowledgeable (proficient in software and hardware)
o Flexible
o Willing to work with difficult situations

Technician will be working with a range of problems
Technical:
Hands on experience with
Software
Virus Removal
Spyware removal
Windows repair
Windows Reinstallation
Various windows or windows software problems
Network configuration and troubleshooting

This position is flexible, meaning you will be assigned jobs based on your knowledge
Salary and appointments available to you will be determined on how much you know.
If you don’t have hands on experience this job may not be for you as you will not have a senior technician next to you to teach you. You might want to check out our other posts.

This position is currently available as part time, can be converted into full time in the future
As our client base grows. You will need your own transportation. This is not a bench tech position you will be traveling to the customer’s location.

Our customers range from individual home use computers to small business systems.
