Computer / Network Technician

Corporate Computer Services is a premier computer support company for small businesses in Orange County and Los Angeles County, California. We are looking for experienced full time and part time Network Technicians / IT Professionals. You will have the satisfaction of helping small businesses work more efficiently, communicate better and save money and frustration. You will accomplish this goal by maintaining, supporting, administrating and implementing a solid network as well as providing the absolute best possible customer service.

• Correspond with executives and top management
• Perform daily network administration tasks and troubleshooting
• Manage technical issues relating to all aspects of computer systems, servers and networks
• Provide technical support to end users on computer issues as well as troubleshooting server related issues
• Facilitate communications between hardware/software vendors when necessary
• Thoroughly document your work after each support visit; what has been said and what has been done
• Evaluate, Recommend, Design and Implement technology solutions meeting clients business needs

• Utmost personal integrity and must work well in a team environment
• Trusted to work independently and professionally with minimal supervision
• Must have thorough knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems(Server and Desktop)
• Have thorough knowledge of Network Administration tasks and Active Directory management
• Must have thorough knowledge of setting up client/server networks.
• Must be available to work occasionally on weekends during network project deployments
• At least 3 years of recent professional IT experience and success (This is not a beginner position)
• MCSE certification is highly preferred
• MCP certification is mandatory
• A+ Certification preferred
• Network+ Certification preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Reliable car to drive to client locations
