As the office manager and lead technician for ATAZ Computer Solutions I worked 10 years handling all sales, administration and offices duties which include but not limited to. Managing all office responsibilities, accounts payables, receivables, collections, invoice generation, scheduling technicians, customer sales calls, emails, help-desk calls, computer and network technical support, keeping track of computer technicians work assignments, ordering parts and supplies, tracking inventory to ensure timely repair of customer’s computers and networks.

I worked on help-desk with both commercial and home offices voice and data products. I used help-desk ticket software for tracking customer issues and problems. Troubleshoot Windows operating systems, hardware problems, software problems, network/applications issues, set up/configure data and voice products, resolve device problems, TCP/IP network issues, device manager drivers and configuration. Use software tools and on-line resources for resolution to customer’s problems.

I am experienced installing, configuring and maintaining Windows Domains, peer to peer networks, POS systems for TJ Maxx, Marshalls and several convenience stores. I also have experience installing, configuring and repairing wireless networks, Active Directory Domains, Domain and Local Security Policy’s, user and share permissions, remote access, network security, TCP/IP addressing, DNS, routers, switches, wiring, back-ups & restore of data.
