We are looking for a Managed Services Sales Specialist to work as part of our sales and marketing team.

Job Summary
As a core member of the sales team, responsibilities will include all activities related to inbound lead qualification. This person will handle all inquiries from marketing (outbound and inbound campaigns) , referral and partnership programs. Phone sales activities involve prospecting, qualifying, educating, rapport building, persuading and nurturing. Prospects are typically CEOs, President, and Operation Managers. This person should enjoy engaging prospective clients and building a long-term relationship through multiple points of communication. This person will handle both appointment setting meetings and closing accounts from new lead to client enrollment.

Responsibilities
Responsible for lead and prospect management generated from multitiered lead generation and nurturing system
Lead generation for new opportunities through the following:
* Outbound telesales (40 + calls per day)
* Outbound sales to corporate leads generated through marketing programs
* Proposal development and presentation
* Networking events/Referral partner cultivation
* Ability to present our services in a professional manner
* Ability to follow up with opportunities and leads in a consistent manner as outlined
* Continual tracking of all communication with perspective and customers through our CRM
* Ability to manage and meet quotas new customers enrollment
* Ability to work in a team environment

Requirements
* Degree from 4-year college
* Experience with quota-based B2B sales of 5+ years
* Technology sales a plus, but not required
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Ability to overcome objections and build a relationship over the phone
* Good organizational skills
* Good judgment/decision making skills
* Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management
* Full time, in-office commitment
* Self-motivated, focused and hungry
