I brought my HP laptop to Garry (the Tech) after finding this place on a Google Search for Laptop Repair in Buffalo NY. He came up First on the list and then again 2nd and third, LOL. So after calling and describing my Issues (Liquid Spill), he told me to bring it in for a free evaluation, he determined my Motherboard to be "Bad" and gave me the price of a replacement plus his Labor Fee, but he then told me he was going to attempt to repair the Motherboard First.
To my complete amazement, he called me back 3 Hours Later! 3 Hours!!! To tell me that he had sucessfully repaired my laptop, not only that, but it was ready to be picked up!!! WOW. Absolutely amazing. I recommend WNY computer pro to everyone I know. And the nicest guy too. I just can't say enough good things about them!! It's been about 3 months now using this Laptop since the liquid spill repair, and It runs perfect. I felt I had to post a review for this guy, he really deserves it. The Best Computer "Dude" Around For Sure.
