Back in 1994, Brock McFarlane and his wife packed up their van and moved to Alaska where he started Weston Technology Solutions. Nearly 25 years later, Weston has grown from the one-man-in-a-van to offices in Alaska, Oregon and Washington with some of the best employees in the business and clients that have been there since the beginning.

While I've never utilized their tech support so can't vouch for those services, I've been receiving Weston Techs newsletter for years. I'm in IT support in a similar company in Alaska but working very, very, remotely. Their newsletter is one of the most informative, varied and humorous sources of industry information and I look forward to it every month. To me, it indicates a very professional, competent and cohesive organization.

These guys are great! When you have computer or network problems these are the guys to call. They get right out and get you back up and running so that you can start working again. In addition to taking care of emergencies they are also really good at helping us plan and design our systems to prevent outages and to minimize them if they should occur. And not only that they talk in plain English - so you really have an idea of what is wrong and what they are going to do to fix it. Way better than the geek guys!

Our company has been using Weston for many years. They are the most honest, capable, and caring people that I know. I usually forget that I am calling another company because I feel that they are part of our own company team. We sometimes troubleshoot over the phone if needed, but on many many occasions they just offered to run over the our place and take a quick look.

I no longer have frustrating computer days. I can make the call and then they take over concern and resolution for the issues. I have never had an issue they couldn't solve. I trust this company with my most important business and needs. If you have any reservation, please try them. You will find them to be more good as people then you thought possible.

You will be comfortable with them personally, and with their experience to meet your needs. And you will have created a new friend instantly. I can't say enough good about them. Good luck as you grow and continuing instilling hope and help to ours and other businesses.
