Virtual Dimensions, Inc Our company started in business in 1994. Our first retail location was in the C.N. Brown "Big Apple" building at 35 Elm Street in Waterville, Maine. We stayed at that location until January 1998. Then we moved to the old "Stearns Building," 93 Main Street in downtown Waterville, near where The Maine Made Shop is located. We found that being on the second floor, servicing computers, and doing repairs "up the stairs" was inconvenient for customers and deliveries, so in May of 1999 we decided to move to the "Old Post Office Building" up the street.

At this new location we have our retail store with computer software, computer systems, computer parts, upgrades, notebooks, accessories and most anything computer related. We are open Monday thru Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Also in the same area of the building we have a large room for building computer systems and computer repairs, troubleshooting and upgrading. We are available for technical support and we also welcome you to stay with your computer while we work on it. Along with the in-store sales, service and support, our technical team is available for on-site service and repair work with PC's, networks, printers, and notebooks for individuals or businesses in the area. We will go to your location and help you with your computer system use, setup or repairs no matter where you bought it.

For the past 6 years we have been working with a digital color copier. We now have a new Canon Color Copier. We can copy and also enlarge any photo or design for you. With special transfer paper these copies can be pressed onto t-shirts, sweat shirts, caps or magnetic sign material. We expanded our space and have the copy center in it own area.

On January 1, 2007 we relocated to 235 Main Street in Fairfield, ME - phone number (207) 453-2990. Please stop by and see us.

Good place to get work done on a computer. Like anything these days it is costly! They are honest and cheaper than most other computer shops.

This is the first time I've been to their new location but I've been to their previous locations and I have always liked their work. They take good care of your computer and will build you one from scratch if that's what you need. I think they do great work.

Fantastic business that illustrates everything good about shopping local. Very helpful in service and troubleshooting, and equally beneficial in pricing and inventory. Nice folks who work hard to earn every customer.

Awesome place with a great staff. Virtual Dimensions has the new and old stuff and order pretty much what I need. I love gaming and they are a locally owned store. I can trade in my old gear for newer gear or go to a place to get my retro gaming stuff repaired if need be.

Thank you! My battery has been messed up in my Mac book pro for over 6 months, I haven't been able to use it for hardly anything. They replaced it in no time at all. They I ordered one for me and installed it! I only wish I did it sooner. Thank you so much virtual dimension, you have no idea of appreciative I am!

Excellent service, super knowledgeable staff and quick turn around for computer repair. I recently had them build me a gaming PC and couldt be happier with the custom machine, its so much faster than a store bought model.

Scott & Virtual Dimensions has been my go to guy for computer repairs since he was upstairs on Main St in Waterville many years ago. He knows his stuff. He has always done a great job and been priced affordable. Definitely a 5 star business in my opinion.

Went in to get a fan tested to see if it worked properly for my desktop. The employees were very nice and knowledgeable. They gave me a new fan without question for free. Highly recommend.

We had one of our computers lose it's power supply from the storm Monday. I took it in on Wednesday and they had it repaired and back to me the same day.

There is no way to explain the true value of a local company over that of a chain or mega-mart shop. These guys know their products!
