Brand-new laptop killed by a naughty cat that tipped over a vase... spilled a massive amount of water onto the laptop while it was on and plugged in and charging, while I wasn't home. Who knows how long it was sitting there waterlogged and powered, but of course when I found it, it was DEAD. And of course, the spill voided the warranty. The "authorized service center" estimated a $750 repair.

Thank goodness I found Vic's on the internet, and even better, they were local! Dropped the computer off on a Friday afternoon, got the call Monday morning that it was fixed and ready to go, for the flat-rate laptop repair price of $175!

They are definitely my go-to people for laptop problems!
