First of all, they said they would call me that same day to give me an estimate. I never received a call because they assumed my area code was the same as theirs even after writing it on their form correctly. I arrived and asked to have my laptop back only to have to wait for the manager to finish up with a customer so she could ask me why I decided not to have it worked on. This was all before I mentioned I was on my lunch break. I was first quoted a price that I thought was too high for the work being done, then was given a lower price when I decided to leave. I was later called twice with two even lower price quotes. The last was actually what was the norm compared to 4 other locations.
