After my daughter droooed her laptop whuch she needs for university, they were able to arrange a next day time to drop it off. After a quick look, they were able to hook the dislodged wire back in and reattached the screen. Their standard oruce to look at the laptop is 18 but they waived the fee on this occasion. I will definitely use them again for any laptop repairs.
