They are short staffed. Leave messages and no return calls. Quality of cable installation is sloppy.

Took my pc in, they fixed the problem and now it's running better than when it was new. Very fast service and turn around, I'll definitely take all my computer needs to them.

Not really a review never been here but, how much is it for an HP computer screen mine got busted?

Great service at reasonable prices. They'll tell you if your computer is worth saving before they try to fix it. Repairs can be a little slow because the techs have other jobs but, they always do it right.

Jeff is honest, knowledgable, and very resonable on his prices. I highly reccomend Twin County for all your computer and security needs.

Did not know what to expect as this was my first visit and I am new to this community. I use Apple equipment for everything personal, but my work computer at home must be a PC. Pleasantly surprised at the quick service, no nonsense, just get it done attitude. Felt very good with the pricing and the quality of the service provided. However what impressed me the most was the knowledge from the technician. Job well done, will use this company if / when my PC requires maintenance. Mahalo!

Twin County Computers is a real life saver, not to mention a great savings on my wallet. They have worked on my computer a couple of times and have done a good job. I was also impressed at how fast I got it back ( a Couple of days). Now that was fast. The prices were alot cheaper than other place, so I will be sending all of my friends there for there cpu work. Thanks Jeff for a good service to the community.

About a month ago, the psu for my computer went out, and hearing all the good things about Twin County, and about how helpful and friendly they were, decided to buy my part there. While I was there, I asked an employee for help deciding which would be my best option, he then asked questions about my computer, one specifically being what kind of graphics card I had, and then helped me pick out a psu that ended up costing me about 50$.

Once I got home, I tried to install the new psu into my computer, only to find out that I couldn't, because the one that HE PICKED OUT FOR ME didn't have the proper attachments FOR A GRAPHICS CARD. So, I take it back. The same employee was there, and he said that I would have to talk to the owner about getting a refund, but he could give me in-store credit to spend. Takes my name and my phone number, and I leave saying that I don't need anything yet and that I would be back to spend the credit some other time.

I come back today to try to spend my credit, and the employee is there again today, and there's also a lady at the counter. We tell her what we want and that we have a 50$ credit that is due to us because of an psu we returned. The employee proceeds to walk over just past the counter, and set the psu and the note with my name and credit on the counter and said "this one".

I was then told that this whole time there was a no return policy, so I never had a credit allotted to me. That I should have looked at the bottom of my receipt, even though the employee took the part from me the day we brought it back. I beg of anyone who needs help with computers to stay away from this place and its untrained employees and poor customer service.

My computer was so slow I'd say it stopped. Took to Geek Squad at a local Best Buy, they kept for a week. Got it home, couldn't find some of my programs and a new anti-virus installed. Spend another week on the phone with Geek Squad, about 2 calls a days for an online fix. Called Jeff at Twin County Computers, told him my story. Within a few moments my computer was running as it should. They know computers and I highly recommend them.

My parents over in Fries needed a wireless router for their home, so we chose to go here instead of a big box store to grab one. While they only had one in stock, it was a great TP-Link wireless-N that perfectly fit the bill for what we wanted. The gentleman working there was very friendly and helpful, and it felt good to use a local business. It may have cost a few dollars more, but the personal attention and assurance was worth it.

On a side note, I poked around a bit and it looks like they have good deals on custom-built computers, but I cannot rate them as we did not purchase any. We'll definitely check here first the next time some computer needs crop up.
