Technical or operational support may be delivered by different technologies depending on the situation to solve a problem or manage technology. For example, direct questions can be addressed using telephone calls, SMS, Online chat, Support Forums, E-mail or Fax; basic software problems can be addressed over the telephone or, increasingly, by using remote access repair services; more complicated problems with hardware may need to be dealt with in person.Block Hours - Block hours allow the client to purchase a number of hours upfront at an agreed price.

TurkReno has helped our retail operation get connected on the net and on Facebook. We met the TurkReno team on Twitter several years ago working on some social media projects. Eventually we ran in to some problems with my old website hosting company putting limits on my account and shutting my site off without notice. I started my online store with someone who had absolutely no idea what they were doing. It almost cost me everything I put in to it. When I met Taylor with TurkReno, he had ideas that I started using immediately. TurkReno Incorporated is super thorough and fast in assisting with any website need. I created a site and became stuck on some CSS coding. I have used TurkReno for web hosting and design exclusively for the last five years. Their service is fast and effective, and they are always helpful and friendly. On top of it all, their prices can't be beat. The staff is patient and understanding, and any time a problem arises, it is taken care of immediately. In the history of my account with TurkReno, the servers have never been unavailable and I have never had any problems accessing my resources. I can't recommend these guys enough.
