Wow. This has been bad service. They are opening up a second location, and they are currently very disorganized. The warranty person for authorization for repairs was difficult to contact and disrespectful to me. The 72 hour promise of evaluation and estimate for repairs was not followed. Due to an error in entering my name, Trisec could not find my computer. They have not communicated adequately, haven't fixed the problem, and the estimated cost of repair of this 12 1/2 month old computer is about twice what I find at other sites, and more than the replacement cost of the computer.
