Dropped my computer off @ Tri City and all I have to say is that Hayden was the only computer repair person whom answered the phone. Not only that, he took my computer and had it up and running same day. His prices were more than fair and the turn around was incredible. Thank you Hayden!

I can't thank Hayden enough! I had been trying to set up a VPN and he suggested a different, more viable, solution for my needs. He made it so simple that I was able to download the software I needed and I was up and running in a few minutes. And all of this was done over the phone.at no charge.

This business may be good at fixing stuff but you have to be lucky to find anybody there, even during normal business hours. I left a message on their voicemail and did not get a return call after actually visiting their facility and finding it locked.
