This is Sis Guarisco. Royce is the best. I bought a complicated printer and needed help. I called this number and Royce came to my house and within 15 min he had it installed. I asked some further questions and he went well beyond what I asked. He set up things for both my computers. I will surely be calling him for all my computer and printer needs. Thanks Royce. Royce was a lifesaver for me. I had a Macbook Air that my oldest son bought for his wife and was given to me to throw away. Here's the story. White wine was spilled on it during a business dinner. Being scared they were going to lose everything including a couple of years of tax returns he turned to Apple. Apple told him nothing could be done with it, no cleaning, no maintenance and it was a useless piece of junk at this point.

So needless to say, he spent another $1200 on a new one. He put the old laptop in his car trunk for 6 months and when unloading some things for me came across it. He asked me to toss it in the garbage, but I couldn't. Two years pass and my granddaughter, Alexcia, is graduating from high school and wants a Macbook Air for college. Alexcia is my youngest sons daughter and on an impulse he bought a charging cord and it charged right up and was working w/o any problems.

I called Royce at 11am the next day and met him @ noon. He opened the laptop up, did a little cleaning, let it run overnight to make sure it was stable and BAM it was ready for use the very next morning and all set up for my granddaughter. Royce is so knowledgeable and nice. He took up time with me and explained the laptop has a protective barrier between the keyboard and the motherboard.

He charges reasonable prices and I couldn't have asked for a nicer knowledgeable person. I gave the laptop to my granddaughter last night and her smile lit up my heart. Royce saved me $$$ on a new Macbook plus made a customer and friend for life. Thank you Royce for making this grandma a hit with her precious granddaughter. Also, my oldest son didn't lose a thing. When it charged up I took it to him and he printed out his tax returns which he thought were lost forever.

I am pretty computer literate and Royce was great. I will use him anytime I need help or support. Not only did he give great service, he gave great advise on a new laptop I am getting built. If you want honest and great service, don't bother to look anywhere else.

This business has provided excellent service for me and provided timely solutions for over three years. The best for me is remote service. i call get a technician on the phone who listens to the problem, then logs in remotely and performs the work while I do something else. Or if I need to point something out, they stay on the phone with me until they find the problem.

The prices are reasonable. I have used them to build a computer, physical repair and upgrades at their office, and most of all to solve update problems and glitches in my computers. They score 100%

My 9 year old Toshiba looked like it was destined for the grave yard when the black screen of death showed up and nothing would work. We found Royce's repair service on line and decided to give him a try. Well, we couldn't be more pleased with the results. We contacted him on a Sunday morning and he invited us to come to his home to drop it off which we did.
Royce diagnosed the problem immediately on the spot and in less than a week he'd repaired and restored it perfectly.

His fee was extremely fair, especially considering the fact that he updated and/or installed some software programs at no additional cost to insure its proper operation in the future. I have had several dealings with ICR in the past. They are by far the most efficient and fair computer repair service I have ever dealt with. They inspected my rig for free and gave me a very fair price to repair it. He told me that if he couldn't repair the rig, the work would be free, which in this day and age is far and few between. I couldn't recommend Royce and his crew enough.

I was impressed with how polite and professional the entire staff was from the technicians to the owners. I was very impressed that they came and picked my computer up, repaired it and brought it back and when I needed them to add something to it I was able to literally sit in my chair and watch them repair it remotely. It was real interesting to me to see how fast and competent the technician was. The price was also amazingly fair.
