Good Geeks encapsulated everything I wanted out of the creative process and efficiency of making and producing promotional materials. It was challenging to relay the purpose of my work on paper, however Kat and Todd did an incredible job at helping me organize my thoughts and goals regarding my business. Across the board, we would highly recommend Good Geeks for web design and hosting services. They were professional, collaborative, creative, and fast to respond to questions. We couldn't be more pleased with the communication and transparency provided during the planning process! Kat produced an amazingly beautiful redevelopment of our nonprofit website that is more efficient and productive for both the visitors to our site, as well as for us administrators "behind the scenes." Kat did a great job helping me back up and save photos off of an old laptop I needed to get rid of. I was very nervous about losing some family photos that weren't backed up anywhere else and Kat was able to swoop in and save the day! All photos are now saved elsewhere and backed up on another hard drive.

The folks at Good Geeks are life savers. I was using a usb drive for backup. When my Mac needed a new hard drive, it was replaced by Apple, but the backup usb failed as well. I am working on a book with a deadline and my first five chapters were in that back up. I brought the drive to them and the very next day I had all my info saved to another usb drive. THANK YOU! Todd and the folks saved me from recreating months worth of work and now I am back on scheudue to meet my deadline.

Kat & Todd have saved me so many times! They are prompt and efficient and also a lot of fun to work with. They've helped me with various issues on my Mac, and also helped me set up a new laptop during the quarantine. I can't recommend them highly enough and enjoy supporting a small local company when I do business with them!

I cannot say enough good things about Todd and the staff at Good Geeks! I used their services to convert old VHS home movies. I "shopped local" since these are hard times and I think it's good practice anyway. Good Geeks is a great resource for slide and video conversion to digital format among many other computer related needs. Kat and Todd are real people that care about taking care of your personal property when you drop it off. Their other services include computer repair, data recovery, web site design just to name a few. It's refreshing to deal with a local company with great communication skills and customer service. I highly recommend.

I recently converted several reels of film to mp4 files. Considering these were nearly 50 year old super 8, the results were excellent. One film was slightly off frame, and Kat re-converted it. They are super nice and easy to work with. NOTE THAT THEY HAVE MOVED TO 540 NANTASKET AVE, HULL MA.
