In late 2007, I contacted Jaime to discuss whether it would be best for me to replace or upgrade my aging computer.

Jaime was very prompt in responding to my emails, he provided clear guidance and options for me to consider in making my decisions, his fees were exactly as quoted, we were able to schedule time right away to do the work, and he arrived to pick up my computer at the time we agreed. Jaime performed an uprade to the memory and hard drive on my computer and also checked and cleaned the entire system. He completed the work when he said it would be ready.

Since Jaime's service, my computer has continued to work very well and I easily perform the monthly maintenance steps he provided.

In mid-2009, I contacted Jaime about a noise inside the computer and an issue with the virus protection software. His service continues to be outstanding.
