Dodging a Bullet-yes Greg and his business helped me dodge a bullet with three of my PC's this morning. Microsoft Essentials was doing something strange with my XP PCs. Two of three machines were not responding to my mouse and when a program loaded it took forever. Greg walked me through how to remove it from starting up, then un-install and reload his suggested replacement-AVG. Back up and running today with transferring customers video tapes. Thanks Greg!
