Why did you start your business?

Mission: To provide a support system for small Businesses with a computer network of 5 to 75 PCs. As a small business we understand the need to utilize technology to increase efficiency while balancing direct and indirect costs. Vision: Creating a community in which small business owners are free to manage their business without the worries of IT. Values: These are our guiding principles for our conduct and behavior as we work together towards our vision. Teamwork: Working together for the greater good by using our unique skills and talent Quality: our focus is on the community we serve (Small Businesses) and we will strive for competency, excellence and continuous improvement. Accountability: providing quality through teamwork with our systems and standardization.

What makes you different than other similar businesses in your community?

Professionalism, personable, fair, honest which is not seen these days very much. It is all about the upsale with other businesses. The make the problem last 5 hours to get extra. I do not personally know of any businesses that have done this, but I have heard the horror stories from clients. Tampa Empires does the job as quick as possible without sacrificing quality. That is who we are.

What do you like most about your community?

What do I like most about Tampa? Or do you mean, What do I Love most? Tampa is the melting pot of the U.S.. I feel anyway. There is nothing like arriving at TIA and driving accross 60. The feeling that you know you are home is incredible. There is no place like Tampa Bay and I would not trade her for the world. I hope I was not too vague.
