There was a man name Paul Liaw second from right found PC Warehouse in Closter, 17 Years ago. His services for people were so great; he became popular in town or perhaps whole Bergen County. His philosophy was that treat every client well, service their computers as servicing for own family. However, He had to say goodbye to PC Warehouse on September 2005.

Purpose of Visit: screen repair 1st visit: Repaired it within 30min while I was watching it happen. Other repair shops wanted bare minimum 1 full day just for the diagnosis alone. The technician said it's not a complete repair but more of a temporary one, and may need to replace the screen itself. It works completely fine as of now. I needed to use my laptop urgently at the time. 6 stars for that temporary measure when i needed it the most. 2nd visit: 4 days later, he needed me to bring my laptop again when I decided to replace the screen.

For some reason he didnt keep the model number even tho he said he'd hold on to the data for a week. 3rd visit(8/12/17, 11 AM): He replaced the screen. Turns out it was a completely wrong model and i was able to tell because the resolution dropped from 1920x1080 to 1366x768. I made sure I searched up the screen model number myself and no screen with model number [B156HTN03.7] were 1366x768 to begin with.

I made a 4th visit to address this issue 1 hour later. 4th visit (8/12/17, 12PM): He says it was a mistake, n he'll get the proper part. He asked me again for the resolution dimensions even tho I gave him the model number. 5th visit (8/18/17, 11PM): He replaced it with [B156HTN04.0], which seems to be better version of [B156HTN03.7]. Overall: the multiple visits were definitely far from pleasant.

I have been a client for many years. Although I don't always see eye to eye on everything, I have always been happy with the TPC service, very fair and reasonable. They always want to do the best for their clients.
