STAT Computer Services provides support, advice and assistance to business relying on Macintosh computers. While the majority of our clients are in Arizona, we also serve clients in more remote places like California, Mexico, Massachusetts, New York, Antigua and Switzerland. Our Network Support services allow us to ensure that your network is as efficient, stable and problem-free as possible for your business. We can also provide hardware, software and service recommendations.
Remote Mac Support is a convenient, cost-effective way to ensure that whatever issue you're having with your computer is resolved quickly. With Remote Support we will manage, maintain and monitor your business Macs from our site. With STAT Remote Support, you don't have to pay a one-hour minimum for us to visit your site - we charge in 15-minute increments.

They showed up both times exactly on time, professionally dressed in their uniform, and with face masks in place. The work was impeccable. They installed a wireless point-to-point system to my observatory and completely overhauled my home network (wired and wireless). This improved the performance of the entire system by five times. Boyd and his folks were completely professional. And very nice. They even backed my wife's car out of the garage for her when the driveway was a little crowded. I could not recommend them more!

I'd been having problems with MacBook Pro over a month. I took it into Chris and we got it fixed in about 20 minutes. I will be back definitely. 5 Stars aren't enough for STAT!

I haven't yet had the privilege of STAT fixing one of my Macs, but Boyd, the owner, responded to my question about a particular equipment problem I was having in just a few minutes. Heard a lot of good things about STAT and will give them a try in the future, maybe even the near-future!

These folks are the best! Boyd came to my house and did a great job setting up my new MacBook Pro and integrating it into my other 2 Macs and transferring some critical info into my from my 13 year old MacBook Pro. As well he integrated my new Apollo backup system. They also offer phone and online tech support.

Boyd and his team are extremely helpful. I don't have a great knowledge about Apple products yet they always break it down for me in a way I can understand. They are the best and have saved me in some difficult electronic situations. Definitely recommend!

They fixed my iPhone 6 and didn't charge me! It stopped taking a charge and could have been a software or hardware issue as far as I knew. In just about a minute and a half they diagnosed lint build-up in the charging port, cleaned it out, double checked that it worked and handed it back. Such great service deserves repeat business!

I walked in and needed a little help removing a broken charger from my iPad. They were really honest about options and worst case scenarios and in the end took a couple of minutes to try the easy fix for free. I will definitely go back for help with my Mac products!
