I had a power outage and my Gaming PC stopped working because of it. I took it to South Lake Computers and they were able to diagnosed the issue within hours. They were so professional and Ethan kept me in the loop the whole time by calling me every few hours and even leaving me voice mail when I did not pick up. I had to order a Power Supply so I waited few days to get it (Amazon) and once I provided them the part needed they fixed my PC the same day.

I even had a new motherboard that I wanted to swap and they replaced it for me without charging me Extra. Their service fee was very reasonable. I love their Customer Service and I definitely recommend South Lake Computers for anyone that is having PC issues.

Brought my self-built computer in with an issue that ended up being very statistically unlikely, and the team there fixed my computer for a very reasonable price. Had issue come up with my laptop. I lost administrator rights even though I was sole operator of laptop. This was a work computer so urgent that I get this corrected as soon as possible. Searched internet for solution and tried multiple corrections and none resolved issue. Called Ethan at South Lake and he said he could look at it and let me know what he found.

Long story short, Ethan treated me right, resolved the issue and price was very reasonable! Also found where my battery had expanded and he removed and will replace when new battery comes in. I found that Ethan was honest, knows what he is doing and I will bring all my computer needs to him in future. It is so refreshing to find a person and company such as this as this is becoming extinct now days! Thanks Ethan for restoring faith in small business, great customer service and communication!
