I took my travel laptop in to The Smart Techs for the repair of a pesky Dell DC power jack. The tech, promptly quoted me a flat fee for the work and explained a lower alternative flat fee in the event I didn't want a diagnostic run. I picked it up the next business day, no fuss no muss. It was one of the smoothest IT related transactions I have ever had.
