I had a problem with my computer and took it to secoind source for service. I paid $50 on check-in for the diagnosis and the $50 either went toward the repair or if it wasn't worth fixing, the $50 could come of purchase of a replacement computer. As it turns out I had a bad motherboard and i didn't want to spend the money to get it fixed. I got a replacement XP computer for under $300 and they hooked up my printer for free. They also gave some spyware removal programs. I can call anytime I have a problem with my computer. THIS IS A GREAT PLACE!
