Sam is very knowledgeable, helpful, honest and fair, the kind of check that you would hope you can find. I found them through a friend who's been dealing with him for 16 years. When you get something back you can feel confident that it was been done the right way, if not he'll help you take care of the situation. Sam was able to call me within 30 minutes of me dropping off my computer and he told me exactly what was wrong with it (bad hard drive). Only after diagnosing my problem did he give me a price estimate, which was a bargain compared to other IT shops in the area. I had taken it to Best Buy and not only were they not able to help me after holding my computer for 3 days, they charged me more than Sam did for the entire repair.
Local businesses like his are the only reason I don't have to go to these huge tech shops that gauge the hell out of me for any repair just because they can. He will definitely get my business in the future if I run into any more technology issues.

Sam is so personable and helpful. He has many years of experience and broke down my whole laptop and rebuilt it. His prices are very reasonable. He went out of his way to take care of my computer needs. After I went home with my "new computer" I had questions and called him back several times. He talked to me and took time to explain everything I needed to know. I even took my laptop back to him for extra help and he was more than happy to help without charging me. Anybody would be very satisfied with his services
