I paid $190.00, received slower service than promised, had to chase them around to get anything done, and, most importantly, the "fix" they did left made my laptop far less useful to me than when I brought it in. To restore its usefullness I would need to spend a lot more money to re-purchase applications and a lot of time to reorganize files. In short, I did not get what I bargained for and was taken advantage of by unfair and deceptive practices.

My problem was my MacBook Air kept telling me that the hard drive was full no matter what I did to empty it. I even placed virtually all my data in the I-Cloud to preserve space to no avail. Frustrating though this was, I could still use my laptop and all my applications. On a Thursday, I took my laptop in and left it with Steve, the owner. He explained their normal turnaround time was 2-3 days. Steve said that Mike, his Mac technician would give me a call later that day or the next, to obtain more information.

When I did not receive a call I called back on Saturday and left a message. Steve called me back and told me Mike did not need more information. But he was working on the laptop, although he had not yet finished. On Wednesday Mike called to tell me that due to a virus, Apple Mail was continuously filling up the hard drive. He said I had two options: 1) install a new hard drive (which he later told me would have been useless) and 2) wipe the old hard drive clean and then reinstall everything.

I opted for the latter option. Mike never told me that wiping me hard drive clean would result in eliminating the applications I used (most importantly - MS Word and Adobe Pro) which I had downloaded several years earlier. I no longer had the magic code numbers for these applications so I could not simply download them again. Mike did not tell me that all the data which I had stored and organized on the cloud would disappear. Mike did not tell me that the file organization I had on the hard drive would be lost. Mike did not tell me that what I would be left with was hundreds of former word files, now text files, randomly arranged on the hard drive.

Of course, this is just what happened. Had I known this was to be the outcome, I would never have consented to have the work done. When I called back for Mike on Thursday to see if he was done fixing my laptop, I had to leave a message. Steve called me back on Friday. Mike was done with the work, but not available. Steve said I could pick my laptop up at the shop at 4:30 pm that day.

When I asked him what I owed he could not tell me because he was not at the shop. But he said it "wasn't much." When I showed up at the shop at 4:30 no one was there. So I called Steve on the phone. He said he would be there in another 15-20 minutes. I waited for Steve. After he arrived I could tell he was in a hurry to get out of there. He took care of another customer first.

There was no opportunity for me to check out my laptop before I left. So I picked it up, paid the bill, and left. When I got home I started playing around with the laptop. I discovered that all of my applications were gone, that the files I stored and organized on the I-cloud were gone, that the files now on my hard drive were totally unorganized and that what had been word files were now text files.

I called Steve and left a message, letting him know that we had a big problem. When I did not hear back from him on Friday I sent him an email on Saturday, detailing the problems I had noted. He called me back on Monday afternoon and told me I had to talk with Mike, who was not working that day. Steve told me to call Mike on Tuesday at 10:30 am. I did so but only reached Steve again at his house.

He did not know why Mike was not at the office but he said he would have him call me. At about 11:15 Mike called. I explained the situation and made it clear I was not happy. He offered no apologies. He offered no solutions. He offered no way of resolving the matter. He offered nothing to make it right. He was very unprofessional and ultimately hung up on me. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I should have heeded the warnings when I read the negative reviews on this place. But it was close to home and I decided to give them a chance. If you are looking for a place to get your computer, laptop fixed definitely go elsewhere. This was the worst experience I have ever had in my life. My Macbook was broken and needed repair. They took 5 months to replace the logic board in my MacBook and when they finally did, it would not load my profile totally on.

The cost was $510. I emailed the owner Steve and he said to contact Apple. Once I contacted Apple we tried everything to get it to work. We spent three hours troubleshooting. Nothing worked. They said the only thing they could do is look at it once I sent it in. Knowing that Steve had told me to contact Apple I knew they were not willing to help me and I did not want to wait another 5 months and then have it not work again.

I ended up paying $1600 to Apple. They replaced the logic board and hard drive and now my Macbook is working again. My lap top that was worked on by Steve would have never worked had I not sent it in to Apple. I emailed back and forth with Steve numerous times and he finally said to sue him because he didn't have any money and wasn't going to give me a refund. Avoid using this place.

I tried calling this company twice and man hung up on me both times! First time I requested to speak with Steve, and was hung up on. When I called back, I asked why he hung up on me and he said there is no Steve. I asked to speak to a manager and he hung up on me again! I can imagine with service like this, they aren't very busy. I hope the owner knows how his customers are being treated.

If you transport a 27 inch Imac computer 3 miles to this location in a custom $750 Tenba road case to get a ssd drive installed, BE SURE to take it out of the case and take a picture of it on their workbench. I was informed the next day the screen was cracked, due to a power cord that mysteriously wedged it's way between the screen and the custom molded 85 dollar foam insert.

As a touring entertainment specialist, this computer has made it in this case unscarred on countless tours- from venue to venue- air, land, and sea. Although it is difficult to believe their account of the situation- especially when the first step in the repair process is to remove the screen, I will take them at their word. The reason for the One star review is because they did not meet me at least half way in the repair- even though the lack of proper check in was technically both of our fault. Good luck

While they couldn't fix the issue with my external drive, they did take the time to explain everything to me and recommend options for preventing the issue in the future. Definitely will use them again next time I have any PC issues with my personal technology.

Very unprofessional. Called on a Friday to get a screen replaced on an iPad mini and was told they were ordering new parts and would have the screen on Wednesday, so went into the shop on Wednesday only have the man there act like I'd never called. Gave my name and number and asked if the owner could call me back and give a clearer picture of what went wrong and never got a call. Called back myself only to have the owner say that he thought I was going elsewhere to get it fixed, so he hadn't bothered to call.

So after waiting 5 days for service I have to find someone else to make a simple repair. Also, I was told it took 2-3 days to replace a screen, which is ridiculously long to do something that easy.

I had a multi-touch table that arrived with problems in Arizona, but unfortunately I was in the hospital with my wife after she gave birth to our son. So, I called Saguaro PC to go out and fix the issue. The owner was really nice but the tech he sent ended up 1. not fixing the issue 2. diagnosing it completely wrong and 3. Cost me $8000 and pushed our client to return the table to us.

I got a call on the phone and the tech was the biggest jerk I have ever witnessed. I was dumbfounded at how completely rude he was even to the point of telling me how he pointed out the faults of the computer configuration to my client and insisting it wasn't HD 1080p. Wait. Aren't you working for me? Didn't I hire you guys to fix the issue?

Now you turn on me and cause my client to return a custom made item! He told me it was a bad power supply but the client didn't want him to fix it after he talked so badly about our product. He took it upon himself to blow my deal so they shipped it back to us. Well, after we received the table back I diagnosed the table myself and in about 5 minutes I figured out it was a memory card that was not plugged in all the way that was causing it to restart.

But it was too late because they already returned the table and charged back my card for $8000. I will not recover the $2200 shipping. I also lost a big client. Thanks Saguaro PC tech! I seriously hope they fire that A**hole because of how rude he was to me when I'm the one paying him to be there. By the way, the table works fine and IS 1080p you idiot. So, I just paid Saguaro $80 to go ruin my deal, and cost me $8000 and an important customer. Maybe the attached invoice will help you remember this service call. I was the client since I called you and I paid the bill.

I brought two laptops here to get repaired the service is great the repair was very fast they have great knowledge of what they're doing willing to explain and take the time to make sure you understand how to use your laptop I would recommend this place to anybody above all the rest for any type of computer laptop repair or PC I would also come back here if I had any other problems before going to the Geek Squad the owner is very friendly and very knowledgeable works personally with your item and with you was made very aware to call anytime I had any question I like that about this service. I would give 10 stars if able to so I'm saying a thumbs up to this business
