Rose Computers is currently made up of 11 full time team members, supported by a Network Operation Center with 1,000 trained engineers, and two Help Desk teams. One US - based Help desk team is over 220 people, and a second Help desk team is over 70 people. Our Vermont based team has combined experience of close to 100 years!
Our primary role is to help you limit and manage your firm's risk as it relates to technology. We assess and define your risk with you, identifying where your risk lies, including critical data, gaps in technology, and gaps in procedure and policy. We design and implement technologies and processes for our clients, helping them limit risk and maintain business continuity.
Vermont is home to the world's largest Captive Insurance Trade Association, and has a Gold Standard reputation for quality regulation. Rose Computer Technology Services has been supporting Vermont captive insurance firms for over 20 years. Currently supporting one of the world's largest and fastest growing captive firms worldwide, we support two of the 25 firms active on the Vermont Approved Captive Insurance firm list.
