I recently called Ronin when we order four new Dell computers, because we needed someone to set them up properly, and move our old user accounts over to the new computers. They were on site within a couple of hours of my initial phone call, and the work ended up taking less time than what I was quoted. Their technician's attention to detail was quite refreshing, having dealt with so many IT people in the past who seemed as though they were always in a hurry to be somewhere else. Ronin's tech even sat with me for an hour after the work was done, and educated me a bit on virus/spyware prevention, and recommended a free anti-virus program that was better than the Norton we were currently using.
I would definitely use them again, as they were not only more knowledgeable than our previous IT people, but also available outside regular business hours, which is a tremendous help.
