Founded and based in beautiful Colorado, we've been supporting local businesses since 2002. Providing the very best hardware solutions, we offer customers our discounts and pre-sales expertise. Since 2002, we've provided full service computer help, network support and IT consulting to hundreds of small businesses across Colorado.
Most of our new clients require initial work to update systems and software, replace hardware and stabilize their network to resolve immediate issues. We'll work with you to create a plan with our recommendations and provide you with a "catch up" quote. Once the initial work is completed we offer the following options for ongoing IT support.

We are SO very happy with our amazing tech team through RMTT! If you require immediate response, they have you covered! If you need anything tech related, big or small, printers, computers, IT, networking, install, update, etc (the list goes on), they have you covered! If you need a dedicated team that is educated on your specific specialties (we are a dental office), they have you covered!

We are lucky enough to have a dedicated team that not only knows IT but knows our specific dental software, how to fix and update, AND (the best part) they will be your middle man if ever you need to get software support involved (saving you time that you can continue to focus on YOUR job while they do theirs)! RMTT is not just another IT company, they truly care about building and maintaining long standing relationships with their clients.

Rocky Mountain Tech Team is a great IT Consulting firm to work with. Their customer service is epic! Response time from RMTT is usually very fast, and they resolve our technical problems or issues quickly! I have worked with the guys at RMTT for many years now. Brandon, Ben, Dave, Derek, and Matt have always gone above and beyond to assist and resolve any IT issues that have come up with our companies. I don't know of too many IT professionals that would answer their email at 9p at night for an "IT emergency" - when I accidentally drenched my laptop - yet Ben did. RMTT has also provided exceptional tech support to us while we were traveling internationally and has worked to support our business' specific international needs and nuances as they arise. Their schedulers, Mo and Wyatt, also go above and beyond and are always pleasant and helpful. I cannot speak highly enough of this team.

I've been working with RMTT for a number of years now. As someone with a background in IT, I do a lot of the basic work myself, but whenever there's something I can't handle, the guys at RMTT NEVER fail to deliver. I primarily work with Ben, and one thing I've always said over the years is not only how impressed I am by the quality of the work, but the mark of a true professional is just how quickly they get the work done.

I really appreciate how they treat MY money with respect. These guys come in for a job and they are IMMEDIATELY on it, working as fast as they can. Not once have I ever felt like they milk the clock or are screwing around. Absolutely would recommend 10/10 and will definitely be continuing to use them again and again in the future.

We appreciate the customer service we receive from RMTT, especially Caleb Smith. He works at the level of the individual having technical problems without making them feel technologically inept (since most of us here are not very tech savvy). He also takes the time to show us how to "fix" common problems so we are not having to call him and we save ourselves a service call. Whenever we call RMTT they are always very quick to respond to our needs.

I have worked with Rocky Mountain Tech Team for several years, both as a nonprofit executive director and now CEO of a home care agency. I have worked specifically with Brandon, Derek and Ben over the years. All have been professionals who ensure that my networks were continuously operational. For the past few years, Ben Taylor has been our RMTT tech who answers all of our requests and questions.

He keeps us running and patiently helps my staff with their questions and problems. I highly recommend RMTT. When our tech is not available, they send another tech out who fixes what our issue is.

This company lacks all professionalism. They create problems just so that you have to call and be billed $150 an hour! Even their invoices list doing things that we never requested them to do
