Computer was so infected with viruses it was unusable. Extremely slow, pop-up ads, etc. Gene at Rhode Island PC fixed the problems and I had the computer back in a few hours-in LIKE NEW CONDITION!!! He was extremely professional and clearly knew what he was doing. Also, his rates were very reasonable. I will not bring my computer anywhere else should I ever have another problem. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
