RhineTech Computer Repair LLC was formed in 2009 by Steve Rhinesmith of Budd Lake, New Jersey.

RhineTech is registered in New Jersey as a Limited Liability Company, holds private insurance, and is a premium member of The Association of Computer Repair Business Owners (ACRBO).

Steve is a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist, as well as an A+, Network+, and Security+ certified technician with CompTIA (an industry accepted certification).

On top of this, with four years of working within GeekSquad, both in-home and in-store, Steve has the experience necessary to diagnose computer faults and failures.

In May of 2009, Steve graduated suma cum laude from Champlain College with a Bachelor’s of Science in Computer & Digital Forensics.

Flat fee service for computer repair. Includes pick-up, repair, and re-delivery/hook-up of a computer system. It doesn't matter what the problem is, this charge will cover ALL labor! Any parts or software needed of course are extra, but this is the easiest way to save yourself hundreds of dollars!

On-Site Services

$75.00/hour (Subject to changes)

We will come to your home or place of business and work with your system to resolve any computer or networking related issues. This service is charged hourly, and a minimum of one hour is charged for any work.

The guy worked wonders for me. I had a bad memory stick. No way for me to figure this out. The computer simply would not boot up. He came over (in about 20 minutes on a Saturday morning) took the box with him and had it back within three hours. It now works and cost me $80. Unbelievable! I will use him again if I need computer repair.

Steve Rhinesmith was there for me when my computer decided to crash and burn. I called RhineTech up the day it happened, he came over that same day to have a look and fixed it right in front of me! He diagnose my problem, replaced a fan, and installed a new video card in about two hours. He even went to the store for me to get the parts I needed. After that it has been running like it was brand new again! His dedication to his work and his customer services is amazing and I would recommend RhineTech to anyone who is having computer trouble.

As the webmaster and person in charge of our computer network, I sometimes run into problems that I do not have the expertise to solve. We have used RhineTech twice and have been very satisfied with their performance. I contacted Steve at RhineTech and he was prompt in answering our call to help. Steve was professional and efficient in every way and he was thoroughly knowledgeable on being able to provide solutions to our problems. Our first use of Steve involved a potential virus infection. After analyzing the system, completing testing and tune up, he diagnosed and solved the problem.

Our second call regarded a total network change from Verizon FIOS over to Cablevision's Optimum Online for Business. Steve had all work stations up and running with the equipment provided by Optimum. However, we found that Optimum's equipment was inadequate and provided access to only 5 units (Steve later contacted Optimum and learned of this limitation). Steve provided me with the information on what I would need to purchase to complete the network. I was able to buy the proper switch and Steve then assisted me via phone in completing the network set-up. I would highly recommend Steve and RhineTech for any Network, PC, hardware or software issues you might have.

I've always been pretty good about maintaining my laptop, so when I couldn't fix it myself I figured it was scrap. I gave RhineTech a call, and now my machine runs better than new and bug free. Steve knew exactly what to do and had me up and running in no time.
