I appreciated Steve's honest opinions on what I could do, but shouldn't do because it would be a waste of money. I very much appreciated the fact that he was not wanting to simply take my money, but treated me like he would want to be treated.

Steven Neff is very knowledge in his trade and he has a sincere desire to see that each customer is completely satisfied with their computer. As an I.T. Professional myself I have a lot of respect for the work he does and the integrity that I know goes into each completed job.

replaced my laptop screen when I shattered the orignal screen. He was able to get a replacement, but it came damaged. He called the manufacturer and they sent another screen, which also was broken. After the contacted the shipping company and complained about the damages, they made sure the next one came to him not damaged. I appreciate his diligence with the problem and the correction he made.
