Nice people Bad service, management won't deal with customer compaints. This firm broke my HP Scanjet duplex scanner while trying to repair some problems I was having with my CPU. It has now been six weeks since that happened. Efforts by employees to substitute a scanner have failed.
I spoke to a woman named Sonya on July 1st about this. She assured me that she would call me between the hours of 10:00 AM... and 4:00 PM Saturday, July 2. She did not keep her commitment to call me. My phone call and voice mail, made to her on July 5th have not been responded to. I worked with Jim Hearney and Michael Rossos for the entire time I’ve had this problem.
I explained to Sonya, Jim and Michael that the scanner is a vital part of my work flow and that this problem must be solved now. All I get from Rapid's staff and Sonya (who represents herself as ‘management’) is a runaround.
I now need to take this matter up with an attorney. I paid Rapid nearly $600 and now need to replace the scanner I had at an estimated cost of about $500.
Don't use this firm. The people are nice. The service is terrible and tha mangement takes no repsonsibility for problems it causes. Would you recommend this business to a friend? No | Value for money: | | | | Service & support: | | | | Quality: | | | | Overall rating: | | Poor |
