I work with the customer's schedule to arrange a time to meet & pick up their computer, but most often, I do the work on site while the customer waits. I offer this service for the home user, home office user, and small businesses located in central and south central Mississippi.
Many events can cause problems to your computer. I prefer to break these down into 1-2 issues.
Problems with your hardware can range from issues with the power supply, motherboard, CD/DVD drives, USB ports, hard-drive, memory, processor and these usually require new parts. I typically find the best parts for the best prices (parts I would use myself) & replace the damaged parts for you, if we both agree that it will fix your problem.
Problems with your software are typically what I see with newer computers that are not functioning properly. Most often these are due to spyware & viruses.

Bringing in the new year with hopefully some more regularity to my blog posts. For the past 1-2 years, a type of virus called cryptoware has dominated the malicious computer scene. Lots of money is going into developing and deploying these viruses so they are becoming harder and harder and sometimes impossible to stop.

I grew up in a very technologically advanced home. I learned at a young age that sometimes a computer problem that presents as a "minor inconvenience" can snowball into a "major problem" if it prevented me from responding to my e-mail, turning in assignments on time, or just visiting my favorite website! I learned how to resolve all my own computer issues and quickly branched out to helping others.

This is the first review that I have ever written and that is because of how amazing of an experience I had with Quick Computer Fix. My hard drive on my Dell XPS completely crashed and shipping it off to Dell would have taken 2-3 weeks for repairs. I called Quick Computer Fix to drop my laptop off that same afternoon and the following morning the hard drive was replaced and it was ready to be picked up! He completely went above and beyond and I am so appreciative and I could not recommend highly enough!

What do I like about Quick Computer Fix? All of the above - good quality, good value, professional and responsive. My MacBook didn't have enough storage. I couldn't do any of the updates and a couple of times got error messages when I tried to email. Apple support helped with some temporary fixes but I needed more space. Kyle quadrupled my storage space! He was fast, friendly and professional! I would highly recommend!

EXCELLENT AND VERY FAST SERVICE! I had multiple viruses and malware on my computer that caused multiple irritating problems. I emailed Kyle and received a response immediately with all of my questions answered. I dropped off my laptop at about noon one day and received an email from Kyle that same evening telling me that it was ready to pick up and what exactly was wrong with my computer and that he fixed it and got it back to working like normal.

My computer has not functioned properly since it was purchased. Quick Computer Fix changed that in about an hour. I called Kyle after googling/calling other high priced businesses who wanted to charge me just to "look" at my computer. Kyle was able to consult with me over the phone and meet me to fix my computer that same day. He did everything BestBuy would do for half the price and much faster.
He offered exceptional customer service at an affordable price and I highly recommend him. My computer is working perfectly several weeks later. He also did work for my company and did an exceptional job there as well.

Kyle is the "REAL DEAL". He has amazing PC knowledge, skills and abilities. Why deal with the Geek Squad and take a chance on getting someone who knows what they are doing. Kyle DOES know what he is doing and will get the job done, usually on-site, the day you call him. Can't say enough about this young man's talent.

And what I really like about his service was the fact that he did not do anything to my PC without asking me first, so later I didn't have to worry about why something was missing.
