Price doubled once computer got to the tech although nothing was discovered that had not been discussed prior to original quote. Felt very bait & switch. Although they were very nice when we refused work & picked up computer. Price doubling plus when all issues were discussed prior to quote is just bad business.

Do not come here. I brought my laptop here in hopes that it will be fix. Was charge 95 dollars the first hour and THEY DIDN'T EVEN FIX IT.claiming it had spills in it and the motherboard was fried. I do not keep liquids around my laptop. so I believe that wasn't true. I asked if I could at least get half back since it wasn't fix and they said no. so I will NOT be doing services with them anymore. Not right or fair how they do business if you spend money and the laptop is in the same condition.

My internal battery was down to 5% when plugged in. 3 years old. Went to Quality Computers and they were able to order a new internal battery, all is working great now. Thank you Quality Computers!

Came in with a vague idea of the problem with my computer. They properly diagnosed it, replaced the dead part, and even managed to straighten the bent pins on my CPU and get it usable again. Costs a bit more than big online suppliers which is pretty expected since it's a local shop, but still a decent price and well worth the money if you're struggling to identify or fix your computer problems yourself.

I had an issue with a refurbished tower. I called and took it back up there, still under warranty and they had it fixed in less than 2 days. Great communication and super patient (had to bring my 2 kiddos up there). Would definitely recommend.

We recently took our computer in for service at Quality Computers and were very pleased with their service and professionalism. The technician called us to make sure all our needs were met and they were. I would definitely recommend Quality Computers. If they can't repair your computer in a cost effective way, they have a very nice selection of computers on hand. They got our computer repaired very quickly and we appreciated that. Highly recommend this company!

Critical:Professionalism Everything in the store is more expensive than Amazon by at least $20. If you mention changing your mind about buying a product, one of the workers will get angry. I could see the potential in the business, but customer service needs to be improved and with knowledge and less "must buy" mentality.
