Didn't do what we paid them to do.
Brought G5 powermac to have hard drive. OS checked and if necessary replaced/replaced. They said our old drive was to blame and quoted a relatively high repair price. We had them do it anyway.

When the computer came back, they didn't copy all of our data and our adobe products still were not stable. I wasted several days reinstalling software and manually copying files from the old drive to the new one.
Would you recommend this business to a friend? No

Value for money:		Frustrating experience overall.
Service & support:		Didn't copy all the stuff they were supposed to.
Quality:		The new HD was solid, OS wasn't.

I took a computer in for repair and the technician, who I later found out is not yet certified in Apple products, did not perform the work that he told me he did. He also reached the conclusion that my hard drive was trash when it wasn't. If he had performed the work that he told me he did, he would have known that. PROMac could have cost me a lot of money in a replacement drive and/or stolen information that I was assured wasn't recoverable on the trash drive.
