Tempted to give 5 stars, but that is surely ahead. I am a desktop user, but also invested in a laptop for a second, portable PC. Had some problems switching over from DSL to broadband which really stressed me out. I work from home and rely on my PC equipment and access to internet. I do not have time to be my own IT specialist, nor can I impose on friends.
My needs must be addressed promptly and by knowledgeable professionals. So glad I gave Post Computer a try. Used them twice to date, and am looking forward to a great relationship. Do not hesitate, as I did.

I have been using POST Computers for nearly 18 years! Both for personnel and my business Brush It Off. I have purchased rebuilt laptops that lasted longer than the new ones I bought! They have great customer service and are fast and accurate with no BS. They have always lead me in the right direction not afraid to suggest a better model - not for their gain but they understand my business and personnel computer needs.

I needed to get some help putting on a slide show for a Memorial Service far from home. A friend recommended Post and they came through in magnificent form. With their help I was able transfer photos from iPhone to laptop and place them in a Powepoint slideshow. In addition, they provided a 40 inch monitor and 100 foot power cable and surge protector and set it up so that the show was easily visible for over 60 people. All work and equipment was provided expeditiously and led to a flawless and meaningful ceremony.

Everyone there was super friendly and helpful except for Alex. I was willing to do business with this company until their IT guy, Alex, was extremely rude to me on the phone to the point that I drove straight there to grab my laptop and not get any services done. Their excuse was that he must be having a bad day. Well his bad days are losing money for the business.
No one should talk to customers the way this man did. I genuinely felt bad for the owner because he seems like a great guy. I hope he finds someone who can communicate and treat their customers better.

Was shopping around for a new laptop and was really pleased at how post helped me through everything from design to functionality. They even serviced it when I had an issue. When it comes to computers post knows their stuff! I will be recommending my friends when in need of any computer services. I could not be happier with how I was treated at any and all of my visits, and my laptop runs like a Kenyan
