I had brought my system in for service because my computer was running awefully slow and the guys there were extremely nice. Especially Ray. Ray really took the time to explain to me what spyware was and how to try to prevent from having the same problem again when I came in to pick up my computer. My computer was fixed within a few days and the cost I felt was very reasonable. I'd definately recommend taking your computer there for service.
