Growing up here on the Central Coast of California, I took an interest in PC's at age 12 when my dad brought home one of the first color personal computers, a Tandy TRS-80 Color Computer.
At age 19, I enlisted in the United States Navy where I devoted eight years as an electronics technician servicing the fire control radar systems found onboard the F-14A Tomcat fighter jet.
In 2003, I earned a vocational certificate as an Information Technology Service Professional with additional certifications as a CompTIA A+ and Network+ Technician.
In 2004, I became a California State licensed vocational instructor teaching a wide range of computer classes where I discovered an ever increasing need for honest, professional in-home computer services at a fair price.
