Well good job, your company only fixed HALF of the potholes it created in Indian Lakes. First you monopolize the internet so all of us are stuck with your terrible service and prices, now your ruining our non-county maintained road. I also have photos and video of your water trucks stealing much needed water from our pond. Return it, so I don't have to forward them to my editor friend at SierraNewsOnline and The Fresno Bee.

Staff is great but the fiver cables buired all over our neighborhood at STILL not active five years later. And the routers they make us use are trash - I'm about the replace another one just this year. Sadly, they are a local monopoly so we have no options with which to compare.

Worst internet I have ever had. Everytime I call the first person is very nice and seems to try to help and says I see you are having a lot of interruption let me have someone call to get a tec out. Then when they call back they are rude and try telling me I have to much running on my internet at once. I live a lone and all I have is my phone, firestick and my alexia.

How can that be to much when I pay $90 a month because they told me I need to up my amount cuz where I live to get better service. I neighbors pay less and there firestick hardly ever buffers. As soon as the satellite TV comes to me I am out

After 21 yrs of being a customer who never was late paying a rental router was hacked and someone downloaded copyrighted content and boom they shut off my internet without any explanation. Customer service wouldn't even take to me! I'm going with hughs net. $
