PC Parts started out in 1982 as Software Solutions, Ltd. (SSL) Its primary market was the legal field, and it serviced many of the area law firms. Before internet email SSL setup a DOS based email system which many of the local law firms used to communicate with each other. PC Parts was opened in the early 90s as a walk-in computer service store and became the primary name of the company.PC Parts started one of the early dial-up internet services called Linkup.net. This internet service eventually became the AirFargo wireless internet service which provided high speed internet to many local businesses via point-to-point wireless antennas.

Recently brought my computer in to get some work done. Was offered a new SSD for $130, and agreed without price checking. Found the same SSD going for almost half the cost everywhere online. Not how you should do your customers. Will be my first and last time doing business with you guys. Customers make sure you price check all equipment offered by them for sale. Repairs did go well, but being price gouged has left a sour taste in my mouth.

Best experience that I have had when dealing with electronics/ diagnostics. I had a cpu issue that ended up being a motherboard issue when upgrading my PC. Glen, was able to figure out that my new CPU was still good but my motherboard was no longer functional. I got a new motherboard and he took it and installed everything. Glen is a straight shooter, he tells it how it is and how the problem can be resolved, and how he can fix it.
PC Parts and Supplies really care that your pc issues are resolved and that everything is as you expect. Taking your PC here can save you so much time, especially when you cannot afford or have time to run every diagnostic. I highly would recommend. Would give more stars if I could!
