PC Helper - Highland, NY

A One visit, is to do what you require Repair, maintenance etc. This for the first hour, any extra time needed to complete the work order, $15 per hour.

THIS DO NOT INCLUDE NETWORKING.

Year service contract consists of 4 mandatory visit.
1. The initial Make sure the PC running optimal, learn from customer what they like to do with the PC, Suggest varies things to make PC run better for the customer.

2. We Actually clean the PC inside and out take it apart clean up the dust, from the fans CPU Coolers. And make sure the PC is running optimal.

However, Any time in between those visit something happens etc virus just call and will come out and deal with virus, or if you have a new printer or camera and would like help installing the item just call and we will come. $25/ extra visit per hour. You get 4 remote session in with your contract if you use all 4 it will be invoiced $25/ extra remote per hour.

Networking is a separate request. and is bill different. Any parts that the Customer request PC Helper ordering on they behalf will get charge $3 for each item.

If you have more than one computer and printer and you would like to connect the two computer and printer together and share the internet connection. Then you will need a network.
There is No limit to how many devices you have.

If you require a network in your home or office, you will need to purchase the router (s) and Access point cards.
