  • I would not recommend this business
  • lack of Communication, charged me for there time on misdiagnosed problem

I took my laptop in for repair and paid the $50 checkout fee. After some time I had to call them for an update. They told me what the problem was and that it would be $200 to fix it, so I said go ahead. After having my laptop for 2 weeks and still having not heard back I called again. Evidently, what they told me was wrong and was not the real problem and now they told me it need a new motherboard at $500+ plus labor. So I told them never mind I will pick it up. Upon picking it up I was charged $170 for their time to fix the problem they misdiagnosed. So now I have $170 less in my account and a broken laptop. Thanks a lot for nothing!!! I would go somewhere else if I were you.
