Although the website advertised in home visits, I was told that the in-home part of their business has been discontinued because of covid. I was disappointed because I wanted them to review the security of my in home computer system. I asked if they knew of any other reputable pc service that would do in- home work and they had no suggestions.

Very good. I had a laptop died and took it to them for analysis. They had it back the next day with a full report.

I have used PC Help Services at my home or on a remote site hookup (office to home) a number of times over the past three or four years. I have found their service consistently very satisfactory and reasonably priced. Matt Wilson and Matt Conner are both likable and very knowledgeable.

It's very rare for companies go the "extra mile" to help their customers! Despite a broken laptop, I felt confident that they truly valued their customers. The motherboard on my laptop was fried and since my laptop was older, a replacement motherboard was unavailable. I had another identical laptop that I no longer used, so I asked if they could take the motherboard from this laptop to fix the laptop I brought in for repair.

Within a few hours, they made the swap and also fixed some security software issues detected. A $55.00 deposit is required & deposit applied towards the charges to repair. Within a matter of a few hours, my laptop was working again. better than ever and no additional charges incurred. The staff go out of their way to clearly explain issues found and work with the customer to resolve expeditiously! I would highly recommend and will be back if future issues encountered.

Friendly customer service. Called two days before i had expected my laptop to be ready. Not only did they identify and replace my hard drive as needed, but they bumped it up from a 500gb to a 1tb. They also gave me an extra laptop charger when i came to pick it up. Granted it was a $100 repair but the small additions were nice touches. Would come back if i needed any other repairs done

I have held off for a few months for writing this review, as I feel that any good service review should stand past 6 months. DO NOT GO HERE. I will paraphrase this review by saying this. My issue was that my computer screen got cracked. The screen was damaged, and I went to PC repair to get a new screen. This process would take a few weeks. The first time I got the computer back, the screen was flickering wildly when I turned it on.

I don't know if they bothered to check the PC when they had fixed the issue, or what, but there was flickering within 5 minutes of the computer being turned on. I took it back Again when I got the computer back, I turned it on, and this time the display would flicker and then wildly align itself in seemingly random places. I took it back. Finally this time, they told me it was a refresh issue, and they had it fixed.

But by this time I NEEDED my laptop for school and work. In the last half a year or less, I have seen constant screen issues. The problem was never fixed. Now anytime I take my pc charger out of the laptop, within minutes I get flickering issues. I spent good money here (around 2-300) to fix my laptop, and while I have a new screen! (yipee) it flickers wildly, and I wonder why I even bothered to trust a repair shop which wasn't my laptop's service department. Save your money and go literally anywhere else.

I thought they were great until i was told by another repair service that my hard drive should have been replaced with a solid state Hard drive. I had to go back twice to PC and on the third time they "needed" to replace my touch pad (175.00) I will never take anything back to them as all they care about is making sure you will have to come back for additional repairs= Spend more money.

I took my laptop in for repair and paid the $50 checkout fee. After some time I had to call them for an update. They told me what the problem was and that it would be $200 to fix it, so I said go ahead. After having my laptop for 2 weeks and still having not heard back I called again. Evidently, what they told me was wrong and was not the real problem and now they told me it need a new motherboard at $500+ plus labor.

So I told them never mind I will pick it up. Upon picking it up I was charged $170 for their time to fix the problem they misdiagnosed. So now I have $170 less in my account and a broken laptop. Thanks a lot for nothing!!! I would go somewhere else if I were you.
