Our company used another computer firm in the city but felt that they were overcharging us and took days to respond. PC Colorado was recommended to us by a friend who uses. We have 15 computers and were spending almost $30k a year for just labor for four years in a row. After talking to the owner, Brian, we decided to switch to them because they offered better pricing.
We have been with PC Colorado just over a year and have spent about a third of what we were spending. Also, since we are open on weekends, a few months back we had a power outage due to the snow that messed up some computers and PC Colorado came over within 30 minutes of being called on a Saturday and had it fixed very quickly. The owner follow-up with me on Monday personally to make sure everything was working great.
We saved so much money by switching to them and get much faster response time. In addition, our previous company said all of our computers had to be replaced by January 2020 to go up to a new Windows but when PC Colorado took over, they said only three needed to be replaced and upgraded the other one so we didn't have to buy all new ones. Our Law Firm has used PC Colorado for over 5 years and we are very pleased with their service. When we call, they are always available. We have called afterhours at 7 AM and even at 9 PM before and we still get assistance. They put us on a flat labor package that includes all labor and that has saved us so much money. We know exactly what our costs will be and they laid out a computer replacement plan so we know what needs to be replaced and when.
They come out twice a year for in-person meetings to update us on the changes and also perform in-person maintenance. They have some magical software they installed that remotely monitors our system and alerts us and them if there are problems. It caught a hard drive that was going out and they replace it, and the drive and labor was completely free!
Before using PC Colorado, it was like pulling teeth to get our old provider to come out and it always felt that they had better things to do. With PC Colorado, they don't mind coming out or helping us remotely. In fact, they spent almost 14 hours here a few months ago replacing a bunch of machines and printers and all 14 hours of time were included under the flat rate contract we have with them and it didn't' cost us a penny more.
That by itself pays for the contract with them for months. Great bunch of people to work with and very trustworthy and responsive. Even before they switched us to a flat rate (which is very inexpensive by the way), their hourly rates were less than pretty much everyone else we talked to. They explained to us why their rates are so much lower, which I really respect and appreciate.
Being a lawyer I am obviously concerned about the security of our files, and they provided us written information on their procedures that they only hire staff that pass a background check, drug test, credit checks, and a DMV check, and the process they go thought of finding new people. I also appreciate that all of their team members I have ever worked work are dressed in professional uniforms with nametags, are clean shaven, and are well spoken.
That gives me a very high level of confidence in them that they are a professional group of people. Thank you for keeping us up and working with no major outages in the past five years.

Con Artists. PC Colorado sold me some computers and software. I thought the price was a bit steep, so I went to another computer place and asked someone if they thought I got a good deal. They said PC Colorado had charged me a lot more than the market price and had also sold me software that was not necessary for what I needed. This place is a big rip-off!

We own a grocery store and PC Colorado has serviced us for over 10 years. I occasionally price shop who I am using for vendors every few years to make sure I am still getting a fair deal, and PC Colorado actually provided me the names of their competitors and their phone numbers. After the last time of price shopping, PC Colorado was at least half the price of most of their competitors for the same thing.
Very happy with the service i am receiving. Even if PC Colorado charged more, I would gladly pay it to get this Cadillac level service. They reach out to me every three months to make sure everything is going well, they send me technical information about new things to review, renew my virus protection before it's even due so i don't' have to worry about it, are available on weekends at an on-call number, give me a computer replacement plan so i know when equipment needs to be replaced and what it will cost, quote me labor ahead of time for the projects so i am not blindsided, and follow-up with me after each time they do work for me. I don't know what else to say other than thank you to PC Colorado.

This company is awesome! We had a critical piece of equipment go bad on us early in the day. The folks at PC Colorado were able to help me find the part in town and then they showed to get it installed. It all got done before the close of business as everyone was getting ready for the Thanksgiving holiday.
