I was very pleased with their service. I took my computer in and had them wipe the computer clean, saved my docs and downloaded a new OS. They were very informative, answered my questions, and told me exactly what to expect after the results. They informed me of their schedule and that they were very busy because of school starting. They got to it when they said they would and had the computer for a week. I would give them a thumbs up for honesty, integrity, knowledge of computer. Perhaps a little slow, but the results is well worth it. Great job!
