We've crossed 1 year of having Simpleworks as our IT vendor and we're so pleased with all of the IT risks and headaces that have been removed from our daily worries. Active directory, firewall configs, anti-virus, backups, VPN access, device management. They have brought consistency, organization and process to our IT environment. We're very happy to have Simpleworks as a partner to handle these things and recommend them to anyone in the area.

Simpleworks has been our managed IT provider for a long time. They've helped us transition from our original server to a hosted one, and then from hosted to Office 365 (which they actually recommended based on our use case, even though it meant less money for them). They're quick to respond to requests, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I've sent friends with broken computers to them as well. Would recommend.
