Had a sudden PC problem, took it to them on a Wednesday at 1 PM, got it back at Friday at 4 PM working perfectly. Good price for the amount of time and diagnoses, super easy process, very nice workers. Overall a great experience for what could have been weeks of teeth pulling.

Had a minor issue with my laptop and they had it back quickly and were great with communication. They were transparent with their prices, which were fair. 10/10 would recommend.

I cannot say enough positive things about my recent experience with PC Max. My husband and I have a small local business and my iMac desktop was down. PC Max got me in right away, took an absolutely fair amount of time in repairing my Mac and got me back to work for a truly fair price. They communicated with me regularly as they were working on it, keeping me informed of the problem and when they would have it back to me.

I was also very impressed with their Covid guidelines for drop off and pick up. I'm so happy to have found PC Max, we'll be using them exclusively moving forward.thanks so much!

Very friendly staff who helped us solve an issue with a new build. They did an excellent job explaining the issue at hand and how a different part would solve it. Wouldn't have a running computer right now without them! Thank you PC Max!

I had a small issue where I dislodged a cable on our laptop. Ryan was kind enough to educate us on how it attached so we were able to fix it ourselves. No charge for his kindness. List of repairs and their prices was very cost effective. I'd go back if I ever needed help again.

Ryan is always helpful and extremely available to make sure I get a proper explanation of and project I am considering. Very Professional. I've seen him work computer miracles.

Had an issue with my laptop and they recommended that I bring it in. I was helped by Jacob who knew exactly what he was doing. In under an hour It was fixed and I can't thank them Enough. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I cannot recommend these guys enough. They repaired my clumsy attempt to fix a mac book with minimal fees incurred. They listened to my ludicrous story and were always as accommodating as possible. At the very least send them an email and if you can explain what you need done they will give you as accurate a quote as possible before getting into the machine.

These guys got back with me in one business day and were always reaching out to update me on progress of the project. Sam, Patrick, and Jacob are a crew to be recognized. Thanks for the help!

Nice small atmosphere was able to get what was needed for computer at reasonable price overall it was a good experience.

PC Max has been keeping my business technology functioning at top performance for 10 years. They have built systems appropriate to the needs of me and my team with my budget in mind. And when I have a problem, they are there for me, as they know I can't make money if my computers don't work.

DO NOT GO HERE. I went to PC Max to buy a charger for my laptop since they were open later than the Computer Clinic. First of all, they charged me $70. Then it broke and I brought it to the Computer Clinic and they figured out they gave me a bad charger. Having them look into it cost me $22. In total it almost cost me $100 for a charger. If you need work done on your computer GO TO COMPUTER CLINIC, their customer service and quality of service is 100x better than PC MAX.

I turned my computer in almost two weeks ago, and I called in several times to see how my computer was coming along. They never appeared to be annoyed by my calling in, and the staff was very gracious to constantly let me know how it was going. They ran several tests on my computer to determine its problems, and charged me the minimum price because my computer wasn't repairable.

I ended up buying a new computer and I took it in to have a data transfer done and it only took them a few hours. I was very impressed with their professionalism and how quickly they worked on it. They had a ton of computers in there to be repaired, and they made me feel like I mattered to them. I will be using them in the future if I have any problems with my new computer.

I called the IT guy I have used for years and told him my iphone would not sync with Microsoft Outlook anymore. He didn't have a clue how to fix it. So I called the guys at PC Max and they were able to fix my problems. According to Dillon at PC Max, my Apple iphone and Microsoft Outlook had "conflict resolution" issues that needed to be worked out and they were able to get Outlook and my iphone calendar talking again. I have a small business and depend on my phone and PC to talk to each other. I appreciate the speed with which PC Max did their job. I would recommend them highly!

Chris and his team is the ONLY place we bring our computers! They get it done and they get it done right. They treat their customers with respect and when they make a recommendation you can trust that it is the right one. They are hands down the best computer repair shop in Bloomington!

We normally take care of our own computers, but my wife took a relative's desktop PC in last week where there was no backup and they did a good job helping us. The computer had multiple problems and was not worth saving. I recommend them when needed, but we purchased a new replacement for under $300 online, so if in doubt, buying a new PC looks pretty attractive now, especially if you have been doing your backups.

I'm one of those geeky guys - I build websites and do a little programming. A long time ago I was a small business computer installation/consultant/repair guy, too. When I can't figure something out I take my machine to these guys. They are enormously helpful and knowledgeable. I recommend them to all my friends, and over many years have never found a problem with their service or work.

I am writing now because, I just went in with my son and his computer. We thought it was dead dead dead. Nope. It's all going to be cool, and it will probably cost $100. These guys are great.

These guys are pretty good. Been going to them for years, and they are helpful when my computer has problems. They sell new and used systems. Small shop. Honest people. I like them.
