I have lived in the Ozarks my entire life, other than my military service. Prior work for the United States Air Force and two of the biggest local corporations in the USA have led me to a vast variety of acquired technical knowledge and customer service skills.
Now, I am bringing this knowledge and work ethic to the public sector. A focus on affordable small business and home computer support has become an ever increasing need, and Ozark Computer Works is here to help. I don't believe in diagnostic fees, handling fees, on-site service fees, shop equipment use fees, etc. If you're anything like me, you're sick and tired of "extra fees" and just want some good old fashioned customer service.

I was having problems with my laptop. Some stupid virus pop-up! I am not computer literate and the Microsoft security phone line was just to frustrating. I took it to Ozark computer repairs and they fixed the problem in less than 60 seconds. I am not exaggerating! Best service, nicest person at the counter. And since it was such an easy fix he didn't even charge me! I will definitely take my future business to them and referr my friends and family!

I had asked Ozark Comp to build a gaming PC for me without taking out a second mortgage. Well. they certainly delivered! This thing is a beast, it takes seconds to get up and running. The PassMark global ranking is 465 in the 5 percentile. The build itself was excellent, everything neat, and organized. I am beyond happy, thank you to all at Ozark Computer Works I'll definitely be back for my future pc needs.

Excellent communication, responsiveness and pricing! My computer wouldn't charge and I took it to Geek Squad and they had me running around with no end or solution in sight. So, I gave Ozark Computer Works a call, they got me in same day I called and had my laptop fixed the next day! Amazing. Highly recommend PJ and Peter to assist with any repair needs.

I live in Fayetteville, however ive had many friends come here, and recommend this place to me, and now its my turn to do the same. I made a stupid mistake installing some new parts on my pc, and did not know what went wrong so I took it in. The owner diagnosed it within 20 minutes (I thought I was pretty good with pc's too), but the problem was solved.
Great owner support your local businesses. Bestbuy, or any other corporate business would have you wait days to get it diagnosed and charge a pretty penny. I'm glad this shop is around and would recommend to anyone with electronic issues.

Had a pretty incredible experience today at Ozark Computer Works. Talk about friendly and honest! I went in there and told the guy I was pretty sure I had a hardware issue on my notebook and was hoping he had the part. I leave it with him and get a call shortly after saying it's fixed and ready for pickup. I'm impressed! I go there to pick it up and he says, it was just a corrupted driver (software fix).
I was happy about that, but when I asked how much I owed, he was like, you're good, it was a simple fix. He wasn't going to charge me anything! Well, after a little back and forth, I ended up making him charge me something. I was just blown away by their friendliness and humanity! And they were fast too! Highly recommend this place! This guy could have easily sold me something i didn't really need! Obviously, very honest people here!

My wife's laptop quit working and after trying several small fixes of our own, I googled repair shops to avoid Best Buy's Lame Squad and their "send off" services. After reading reviews I decided to take the laptop here. When I went in, they were quick getting the laptop in, looked at, and the problem diagnosed. Turns out the motherboard was bad and luckily it's still under warranty.
Within two business days my problem was addressed and they did not charge me for services as they did not wind up working on it. Great customer service. I will definitely be using them for our computer needs and repairs in the future!

Had the hard drive crash on my Dell PC. Brought into Ozark. He diagnosed quickly and attempted to clone the drive 4 times but wasn't successful. Ended up installing new drive with Windows 10 and recovering what data he could. Very reasonable price and went above and beyond on service. Glad I had backups of most of my data. Will use again if I need to

Staff is very competent and welcoming. They were able to diagnose and repair the computer immediately. The shopping center itself might not be in great shape, but do not let that fool you whatsoever. The business itself is well kept and maintained. My laptop had a broken hinge and the staff were able to fix the Dell laptop, as I said, immediately. I will always return here for any other computer repair needs.
